Ok, I’ll try to explain it.

After the highly successful TMGS Bunkasai 2012 event, KONAMI held another event called TMGS Days 2013. 

To put it simply, TMGS Days 2013 were basically a number of live events in the span of a few days where you watch TMGS guys’ date events in huge screens.

But you get to pick certain choices in the middle of the date events too! Like which place you want to go next, or your reaction about certain activities with your guy (you know, like the in-date choices you’d find in the games?).

However, because there were thousands of TMGS fangirls present, you’ve got to vote instead of directly choose. 

There are three choices each time. Green means you choose the first choice, Blue means the second choice, Pink means the third choice.

The crew would count the votes, and you got to watch the continuation of the date event based on which choice got the most votes.

The guys had two date events each. So, for Kou’s date events, for example, the majority of the girls chose to go to the Bungee Jump area in one event, and to the Haunted House in the other. You’ll get different date evaluations based on the choices.

So, it’s like mass-playing TMGS with thousands of other fangirls. I swear the collective fangirl screams were deafening in each date event, lol. And of course, these date events don’t happen in the games. They are brand new scenarios specially made for the events.
